Class Descriptions:

Gentle Yoga:
A slower paced class great for any level. The class will move gently and fluidly through a series of poses and stretches. It will also focus on relaxation and breath work.

All levels Yoga:
This class will focus on breath work, pose sequences (vinyasas), stretches, balances and strength building postures. This class is suitable for any level.

Vinyasa Yoga:
This class will get the heat going as you are lead through a series of pose sequences (vinyasas), incorporating breath work, balances, strength building and inversions. Suitable for more experienced practitioners.

Hip Hop
Yoga:
Connect to your inner beat as you move to the vibrations of fun, upbeat music. Class will begin with a slow flow of yoga warm-ups, move into an energizing vinyasa practice coupled with core work and infused with some hip hop dance moves. Class will end with a calming cool down and a meditative relaxation.
