Jacky Damon fell in love with the idea of yoga even before she began practicing. In 2008 she completed her 200 hr yoga training at the Kripalu center for yoga and health under the instruction of Brahmani Liebman and Jashoda Edmunds. Jacky teaches a style of Hatha Yoga, focusing on the needs of the individual student, while emphasizing proper breathing and safe alignment. Her approach to yoga is designed to develop the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the individual.  You will leave her class feeling relaxed and energized! Jacky’s humor and passion for yoga create the perfect atmosphere for beginners and seasoned students alike. She encourages students to take their practice off the mat and into real life in any way big or small.
