Yoga & Kayaking
Saturday, September 11th
1:00-3:00 pm
Spend the afternoon in the sunshine at Buffalo's happening Central wharf. Practice an hour of yoga on the waterfront, followed by an hour on the water kayaking! No experience necessary. Yoga class will consist of stretching out those muscle groups used while kayaking, then we'll head over to Buffalo Harbor Kayak. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Mats will be available to those who do not own one.

Have you been wanting to practice yoga for a while but have been a little nervous about just jumping into a class, or already practice yoga and would like to delve deeper into the philosophy and methods of your practice ? Now's your chance with the Intro to Yoga Course.
In 4 1.5 hour sessions we'll discuss the history and philosophy of yoga, discover different styles, develop proper alignment and just have fun playing with this thing we call Yoga!
